Alexandra Spitz-Oener ist Professorin für Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin und Forschungsmitarbeiterin am Institut für Arbeitsmarkt- und Berufsforschung (IAB) in Nürnberg. Ihre Forschungsinteressen liegen in der angewandten Mikroökonomie, insbesondere in der Arbeitsökonomie. Derzeit liegt ihr Forschungsschwerpunkt auf den Herausforderungen für Arbeitnehmer, die durch technologische Veränderungen, Handel und Einwanderung entstehen.
