Lorenzo is a PhD student at the Department of Economics at UCL and CReAM. He received his MSc and BSc in Economics from Bocconi University and has been a visiting student at UC Berkeley and at the University of Chicago.
Lorenzo has previously worked as a Visiting Researcher at the Bank of Italy and as an economist in the private sector. His main research interests are in labor economics and urban economics, especially in the role of government policy and labor market institutions in shaping employment, productivity, and inequality.
