Takahiro Toriyabe

Research Associate

Takahiro Toriyabe is a tenure-track Assistant Professor at Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo, Japan. His main research interests are labor economics and applied econometrics, with a particular focus on wage inequality and the gender wage gap. His current work aims to understand the sources of wage inequality and the impact of family policies on female labor supply and fertility decisions. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Tokyo in 2021.
